Thanksgiving Grocery List Printable (Organized by Aisle)

A disorganized grocery run is the fastest way to turn Thanksgiving calm into chaos — you forget the cream, go back, and the line is twice as long. This Thanksgiving grocery list printable is organized by store section so you make a single pass, and it scales by guest count so you buy the right amount instead of guessing at the produce wall.
Produce
Turkey (or your main), potatoes (1/2 lb per person), sweet potatoes (1/2 lb per person), green beans (1/4 lb per person), onions, celery, carrots, Brussels sprouts, apples for pie and snacking, fresh cranberries (one 12 oz bag), lemons and oranges, and plenty of fresh herbs — sage, thyme, rosemary, and parsley. Grab garlic and ginger too.
Dairy & Bakery
Butter (at least 2 lbs — you'll want it), heavy cream, whole milk, eggs (2 dozen if you're baking), and cheeses for the appetizer board. From the bakery: bread for stuffing (one sturdy loaf), pie crusts if you're not making them, and dinner rolls. Add a baguette for the charcuterie board.
Pantry
Stock or broth (enough for gravy and stuffing — 2–3 cartons), corn syrup for pecan pie, granulated and brown sugar, flour, cornstarch, the pumpkin-pie spices (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves), pecans, and one can of pumpkin puree (not pie filling). Don't forget kosher salt, black peppercorns, and bay leaves.
Scale It
Use the per-person notes above and multiply by your guest count — then add a little buffer. Cross off what you already have, and shop a few days early so you can return for the one thing you forgot without a crowd. Pair this list with the Thanksgiving cooking schedule and the day runs itself.
